Aboriginal Art
My kids were studying patterns, lines, and color during this unit. I introduced Aboriginal Art to them and they loved it! What I thought was going to be a one day project I beg/borrowed/stole from a fellow teacher turned into a week long, meticulous painting process. I love it when kids get wrapped up in a project. Their excitement cannot be rivaled.
