Road Trip: Madison
Yesterday, Dane and I headed up to Madison, WI to see Galileo Galilei by Phillip Glass. The Overture Center for the Arts is truly a beautiful building housing the Museum of Contemporary Art, Opera, Symphony Orchestra, Ballet, and more. The best part was we were able to watch our friends perform!
When Dane was in grad school we met so many wonderful people that have become wonderful friends. Unfortunately, many of them now live far away. Now any time we have the opportunity to see them, we take full advantage of it. While I may not be musically talented like many of our friends, I am forever grateful that Dane is and introduced me to them. They have brought so much joy, laughter, and excitement to my life.
